It went very well. T-Rock Roofing knows roofs and all the other parts that are part of the structures around a typical residential property. We had hail and wind damage that was covered by insurance on part of the structure. There was also normal wear and aging of the soffit trim and gutters. Squirrels had done some damage on the trim trying to sublet part of the attic. One of the windows with a complex arch needed replacing, including the curved trim. The cedar fence was damaged by the hail and needed pressure washing and a new coat of stain. There was also damage that was not found until the roof was removed. At the start it seemed like I would have a lot of work to find the different companies that would be required to complete the work. A friend recommended a company he trusted that could look at all the problems which would simplify the work because timing coordination would happen by one company. For me firsthand experience and a recommendation from my friend is similar to what you get from reviews on this site. Trust worthy. The company, T-Rock Roofing and Construction and the team lead, Brandon Overby This combination made all the logistics and coordination a much smaller task. This company has 12 years’ experience bringing order to complex problems. Brandon organized the work so that it was accomplished with very little wait time between different trades and crews. The crews had proper staffing along with experience working together. This improved the quality of the finished project. I recommend T-Rock Roofing and Construction, they should be on your short list when looking for a roofing contractor.

Please read fully to understand the issue and service provided. T Rock team is honest and truly “Customer Relation” focused. A recent visit to my home by Bob Nankervis @ T Rock Roofing made me understood their business values are driven by: Customer Relation/Focus -Be honest, reliable and establish sustainable relation with customer -Do not oversell-> Fix what really need to be fixed- nothing more. As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company’s to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the “whole unit” versus reusing the “old cover”. Honestly, I didn’t not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who’s word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$’s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue.

I am so pleased with the work done by T Rock company and Mark Strong who was in charge of the entire process. I had my roof replaced, chimney repair and exterior and interior house painting. Mark is a consummate, honest professional who really knows his stuff. He did a thorough assessment of my roof with pictures and went over what needed to be done in detail. He met with my insurance adjuster and went over his findings to make sure I got the most out of my claim. He coordinated the jobs to accommodate my schedule. I have been very impressed with his team and how efficient and thorough they were in completing the job, along with excellent cleanup. They were very experienced and knew their profession well. Mark oversaw the progress to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. The subcontractor used to paint my house were equally as impressive. I am so pleased with the way my house looks and have gotten compliments from my neighbors. Exceeded all my expectations! Following any disaster (such as this tornado) finding workers to trust is an obvious concern—T Rock was truly excellent. Special thanks to Doyle, Salvadore and team, you were awesome. I had three key careabouts: 1) coordinating with 3rd party to remove/repair/restore large Tesla solar system with 66 panels, 2) high quality roof, 3) do more to cool my attic. Results were perfect: roofers started immediately after the panels came down, I got a great roof (per the solar team that put the panels back), and a lot of thought went into how best to move air out of my attic. My experience with T-Rock roofing and William in particular have been the most seamless process. From the time the claim was filed and all the way up until the completion of the project, there were no issues because William makes it so easy…Almost too easy. You want someone like William working to get a claim processed. My experience with insurance companies has not gone smooth in the past. Claims experts are quick to deny your claim because they 1)don’t want to pay 2)want to quickly resolve the claim by underbidding 3)have the claimant agree to terms in order that the insured does not get the full benefit of the services they paid for. You don’t have to worry about that with William. He’s dangerous with a pen and knows exactly what needs to be fixed and makes sure that the client gets EXACTLY what work needs to be completed. Additionally, the quality of the work is superb. There was no cutting corners and the work was completed quickly.

Our home had been damaged in a hail storm, and after I reached out to a few companies to get an estimate, Mark Strong contacted me minutes after. He came out that same day, spent his time doing a thorough review of the property, and provided a detailed list of everything that needed to be fixed. Mark also was with me every step of the way while I was dealing with insurance. Not only did he help us push back when insurance low-balled the planned coverage, Mark came out to the house multiple times to meet with insurance. The process took about 3 months due to our insurance company dragging their feet a bit, and because I am not local, Mark handled the coordination. I also appreciate how much Mark helped educate me about the repairs and the process throughout. He was extremely patient and professional through countless phone calls and emails, and was always responsive to questions or concerns. He even coordinated with our neighbor who shares a roof with ours. In the end, Mark’s knowledge and persistence paid off. All repairs were made timely and professionally, and Mark was able to get our coverage more than doubled from the initial estimate that insurance provided, including covering a replacement of our AC unit that had been damaged. Doyle was very responsive and honest in diagnosing two different issues. For one issue he recommended going back to Angie’s List to find someone for window repair and for the other issue he recommended a plumber. A few minutes after making those recommendations and leaving, Doyle came back and re-examined the window issue and diagnosed the leak as cracked trim, which he and an assistant sealed and we’ll continue to monitor.

A large tree branch fell on my house. I called T Rock (my roof contractor) and Mark promptly came out to my house and had a team over within 45 minutes to remove the large tree limb. T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn’t replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn’t push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can’t belive it when he told me that he won’t charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can’t help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing.

We are very pleased With T-Rock. We had Bob as our consultant that we worked with! He was amazing!! He listened to every concern we had and addressed them. He was very friendly and professional. Had a roof leak after all of the recent rain. Roofer that installed roof said th y couldn’t come until the end of November, not much help with all the rain in the forecast. Found a deal from this company on Angie’s for roof repair and inspection for $79. Claimed the deal on Sunday and received a call from Doyle a few minutes later. Explained my situation and he said he could come out the following day. They arrived as scheduled and found and repaired the leak in short order. Would highly recommend!!!

better than expected. i spoke with Sam Rogers about the trouble i was having with my gutters overflowing. he came to my house the very next day, first appointment. he texted me he was on the way, when he got there, sent pictures of the trouble and pictures of the solution. he didnt charge me for his quick visit, but rather sent me a quote for products to keep leaves out of my gutters. i am very impressed with his timeliness and professionalism. and for solving it for me in 15 minutes and not charging me a crazy amount of money.

Sam Rogers has done three roofs for us, twice with storm damage and once when we bought a home in need of the new roof. He did all of the storm repairs when he did the roofs (gutters, AC repair, large fence repair, water remediation, etc.) Sam always took care of all of the repairs quickly and helped us with insurance challenges. Sam is a trained and licensed insurance adjuster and knows what insurance companies are looking for, and will be able to help with working through that complicated process. Sam also built a large patio for us at our previous house that we loved. He will make sure it is all done with quality, and you’ll be satisfied when he’s done.

Sam at T-Rock met my adjuster at my home. Sam was able to point out many items I did not notice and probably the insurance adjuster would not have noticed. Sam was able to persuade our adjuster to not only completely replace our roof but to also repair fence damage, exterior hardy board damage, some exterior paint, replace gutters, repair broken windows, beading on windows, replace some screens, interior ceiling paint from water damage, replace BBQ grill and even replace my kids trampoline. I am absolutely positive that the insurance adjuster would not have itemized all the damage done by that one hail storm. Sam was on the roof and walked the whole property with the adjuster pointing out damage. Sam is like “a bull in a china shop” when it comes to insurance adjusters. I couldn’t be more happy when talking with next door neighbors to point out items on their home from the that same hail storm that THEIR insurance company did not repair/replace. If you use another roofer other than T-Rock, then it’s your own fault when your insurance company “misses” repair items.

T-Rock was extremely professional and fought our insurance company all the way. If we had not used T-Rock, I am confident that the quality of work would have been substantially lower and some of the fire damage would not have been professionally completed. T-Rock went above and beyond in repairing our home and getting us back into our home quicker than the insurance company had anticipated. 2.5- months in a hotel with a large family when the insurance company estimated 4- months. T-Rock is the kind of company that unfortunately is hard to find these days. I have been using them for several years and they are always professional, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile. We have used them for inspections after storms, minor repairs, etc. Case in point: Today we had an HVAC repairman in our attic and he noticed a small leak in our roof near the flue. Within 3 hours of our initial call, Doyle from T-Rock had someone out to our house and had it expertly repaired. Because we were previous customers, they made a special point to get out quickly because of the storms on the way – and within 30 minutes of them finishing, the downpour hit but our attic was dry! I don’t hesitate to recommend T-Rock – they are awesome!
