Referral Card Rules

Program Launch Date: November 1, 2025
Program End Date: Points earned will expire December 31, 2026. After that, points will expire annually on December 31.
Sponsor: T Rock Roofing & Contracting, LLC (“T Rock”), based in Texas.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years or older.

  • Employees of T Rock Roofing & Contracting, LLC, its affiliates, contractors, agents, and immediate family members are not eligible to redeem prizes.

  • By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by T Rock, which are final and binding.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Earn Points

  • Referrals: Earn points when you refer qualifying roofing services.

    • Inspection Referral: Earn 100 points for each inspection booked and completed through your referral.

    • Full Roof Replacement Referral: Earn 900 points for each completed roof replacement resulting from your referral.

    • Point values for each referral type will be provided by T Rock and may change with notice.

  • Share Function:

    • Earn 50 points each time you share an official T Rock referral card.

    • The person receiving the card also earns 50 points.

    • You can earn a maximum of 3,000 points using the share function.

  • Points are tracked through T Rock’s internal system and verified upon completion of qualifying work.

  • Points have no cash value and are not transferable.

3. Point Redemption and Prizes

Points may be redeemed for prizes as follows:

3,500 1-Year Car Wash Membership Up to $350
5,000 Nebraska Furniture Mart Gift Card $500
10,000 Cruise for Two (from Galveston) Up to $2,500

Cruise Prize Details:

  • The cruise voucher will be purchased by T Rock Roofing & Contracting up to a maximum value of $2,500.

  • The winner may select cruise dates and itineraries directly with the travel provider using the voucher.

  • All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Travel is subject to availability and the terms of the cruise line.

Redemption Rules:

  • You must accumulate 10,000 points within a single 12-month period to qualify for the cruise.

  • When points are redeemed for any reward, they are forfeited and subtracted from your account.

  • Points may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.

  • T Rock reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. Point Expiration and Carryover

  • All points expire December 31, 2026, regardless of the earn date.

  • Beginning in 2027, points will expire annually on December 31.

  • You may redeem 2,000 points once per year to carry your remaining balance into the following year.

  • Unused points that are not carried over or redeemed before expiration will be forfeited.

5. General Conditions

  • T Rock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time with or without notice.

  • Points or prizes obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity will be voided and participants will be disqualified.

  • Participation in the program constitutes consent for T Rock to use your name and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

  • T Rock is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications.

  • All interpretations of these rules are at the sole discretion of T Rock Roofing & Contracting.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that T Rock Roofing & Contracting, its owners, affiliates, contractors and agents are not responsible for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information;

  • Technical failures or delays;

  • Errors in awarding or accounting for points;

  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation or use of any prize.

7. Governing Law

This program is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Denton County, Texas.
