Ray Holtzclaw

With more than a decade of hands-on roofing experience, Ray Holtzclaw brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and a true customer-first mindset to every project he manages. Ray started roofing in 2010 and first joined T Rock Roofing in 2012. After several successful years, he returned to the company in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of field experience and a passion for helping homeowners protect and improve their homes.

Before entering the roofing industry, Ray served six years in the United States Air Force as a medic, where he learned discipline, teamwork, and the importance of service. Those values continue to guide his approach today. Whether he’s leading a roofing project or helping a homeowner navigate storm repairs, Ray’s calm professionalism and attention to detail stand out.

Ray met his wife while stationed in Alaska, and they’ve been married since 1992. They spent most of their married life in Ohio before moving back to Texas in 2023, where they now call Waxahachie home. Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with his family, which includes four children and three grandchildren.
